Singulators

Singulation have increasingly become a key process in every logistics warehouse.
Fives develops automated singulators since late 90s, feeding the downstream sorting system in the most appropriate and accurate way. It results in increasing system throughput and in automating parcel handling.
Fives’ singulators transform the bulk flow of items into a single stream of properly spaced and aligned items, with no manual intervention, enhancing the performances of the entire intralogistics systems.
Fives offers the following automated singulation technologies:
- LPS Linear Parcel Singulator to singulate 2D flow of carton boxes
- Accord singulator to transform a 3D mix bulk flow into a single line of items. It handles all packages up to 35 kg
- SOLI-Modular singulator, developed in 2018, specifically designed to accurate handle smalls and flyers
